Sharon Osbourne reveals Ozzy Osbourne’s heartbreaking final words

Last week, the rock world was shaken by the news that Ozzy — who would have turned 77 just days ago — passed away. He died on July 22 at his family home in Buckinghamshire, England. The official cause of death was a heart attack, though he had long suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s.

The Osbourne family had only recently moved back to England. Ozzy had just performed at the “Back to the Beginning” show at Villa Park a few weeks before he died.

In a new interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Sharon Osbourne shared emotionally intimate details of Ozzy’s final hours. According to Sharon, late that night he kept going to the bathroom, and then around 4:30 a.m. he called out to her: “Wake up.” She answers, “I’m already bloody awake — you’ve woken me up.”

His last words struck deep: “Kiss me,” he said. Then: “Hug me tight.”

Sharon admitted how much she regrets the moment — wondering if she should have held him longer, or told him she loved him more. Moments later, he went downstairs, worked out for about 20 minutes… and then passed away.

Before that final night, Sharon also revealed Ozzy had been having strange, recurring dreams. He told her that each night he saw “people he had never known” — different faces, walking past him, looking at him, but never speaking. According to Ozzy, in those dreams “nobody’s talking,” and he felt somehow ready.

This full, deeply emotional interview with Sharon is set to air on December 10 — giving fans everywhere a chance to hear her side of things, raw and honest.

Sometimes, it takes the hardest moments for us to realize just how much time — and love — really matters.
