Legendary musician Neil Young is officially returning to the United Kingdom and Europe in 2026 with his band, The Chrome Hearts. Fans have been waiting for this news, and the upcoming summer tour looks packed with huge shows, outdoor festivals, and historic venues.
The tour will begin on June 19th in Manchester at Heaton Park. From there, Neil Young and the band will travel across several countries, including France, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy. It’s shaping up to be one of their biggest European tours in years.
Festival Highlights
Neil Young is also set to headline two major festivals in the UK:
Blenheim Palace Festival (July 3rd, 2026)
This brand-new festival will take place on the grounds of the beautiful and historic Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. Neil Young will headline the event and will be joined by Elvis Costello and The Imposters on the same day.
State Fayre Festival (June 26–28, 2026)
Another new festival happening in Chelmsford, Essex. Neil Young will headline alongside Kings of Leon and The Lumineers, making it one of the most exciting festival lineups of the summer.
Other artists performing at Blenheim Palace Festival include Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics, Teddy Swims, and Katy Perry, showing just how diverse the event will be.

This tour comes after a massive 2025 summer for Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts. They released their debut album Talkin to the Trees and performed huge shows across Europe, including headlining the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival and BST Hyde Park in London. Their Glastonbury performance was praised for its heartfelt message and powerful energy.
